The small print, in plain English.

Pickup

Collect from Pickup by arrangement, Newdale, during opening hours. Pickup arranged by message. We’ll tell you by email, text or phone when your order is ready. We keep finished orders for 30 days; after a week and again after three we’ll remind you. Orders not collected after 30 days are recycled, and we may ask for payment before printing for anyone who has left an order uncollected before.

Paying in cash

We only take cash, and only when you collect or when we deliver. There is no online payment, and nothing to pay when you order. The final price is agreed with you before anything is printed; if anything changes, we ask again. We give a written receipt with every order.

We never ask for card or bank details by email, text, phone or on this website. If anyone does, it isn’t us.

Turnaround

Shop items on the shelf are ready the next working day. Items printed to order take two to four working days, and custom prints two to five, depending on size and the queue. We’ll give you a date when we confirm the price, and tell you straight away if it slips.

Local delivery

We’re not delivering at the moment. All orders are collected from the shop.

Reprints

If a print is faulty, or not what we agreed (the wrong colour, size or material), tell us within 14 days and we’ll reprint it free. If the print matches your file but the file needed changing, we’ll reprint at the cost of material and machine time only, with no setup fee. If a part breaks in normal use within 30 days, we’ll reprint it once in a stronger material or orientation at no charge.

Refunds

Because you pay on collection, refunds are rare. If we can’t fix a fault with a reprint, or you’d rather not have one, we refund in cash in full. Shop items can be returned unused within 14 days for a full refund. Custom prints are made for you, so we can’t take them back unless they’re faulty.

What we won’t print

We won’t print weapons or parts for them, including gun parts and anything designed to look like a real firearm; anything designed to injure or intimidate; copies of other people’s designs or brands for resale without permission; keys to locks you don’t own; or anything that’s illegal to own here. If we’re unsure about a job, we’ll ask you about it before we decline.

Your files and your data

Model files are used only to price and print your job. We don’t share them, sell them or print copies for anyone else. We keep them for a year so we can reprint, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. We keep your name and contact details with your order for our records and never use them for marketing.
